The MSE (Maxillary Skeletal Expander) is a skeletal expansion device for the maxillary expansion.
It utilizes miniscrews (MIs) implanted on the palatal side as anchors to directly apply expansion forces to the maxillary bone, enabling skeletal expansion without relapse and creating additional space while achieving orthopedic correction.
The device is suitable for a wide range of age groups and is also effective in improving the airway and alleviating sleep apnea through skeletal expansion.
