NeXways 3D Printer Qu1 is an FDM-based 3D printer designed to address the pain point in dental treatment processes involving temporary teeth. It allows for remote in-house printing of single crowns within 3 minutes. It uses a proprietary, eco-friendly PLA filament made from corn starch, which has obtained certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in Korea and is currently undergoing FDA approval. With excellent precision and strength, this printer is already being used in multiple dental institutions, including Seoul National University Dental Hospital and Severance Dental Hospital.
