Product Description

EDTA 15% is a chelating agent used during endodontic treatment to facilitate root canal preparation and cleaning.
It reacts with calcium ions in the inorganic structure of dentin, softening the canal walls and effectively removing the smear layer from the root canal surface.

It also improves lubrication during instrumentation, reducing the risk of file breakage and enabling easier penetration of endodontic instruments.

Used during chemo-mechanical preparation and as a final irrigant, it helps optimize canal conditions prior to obturation.
