The DS50 DRS is a thermal washer-disinfector that performs automated cleaning, rinsing, drying, and thermal disinfection in a single cycle, ensuring standardized infection control and improved operational efficiency. With a total cycle time of approximately 60–80 minutes, it reduces reliance on manual cleaning and enhances workflow consistency.
It achieves high-level thermal disinfection with an A₀ value of 3000 (e.g., 93°C for 5 minutes), meeting the requirements of ISO 15883 and enabling reliable infection control.
The chamber and key components are made of high-quality AISI 316L stainless steel, providing excellent durability and hygiene. The rounded chamber design minimizes residue buildup and reduces the risk of microbial growth.
In addition, the system features a soft-touch control panel with a color LCD display for intuitive operation, and supports up to 20 programmable cycles, allowing flexible processing of various medical instruments.
