Yes. In case of COEX, only designated firms are allowed the construction. See the COEX website(www.coex.co.kr), choose one of them.
Yes, it is possible. Inscribing/painting your company name on the sighboard is free of charge, but marking logo/symbol will be charged.
You may need to prepare exhibits, a display counter, catalogues, etc. If you want to upgrade your interior, discuss set-up partners; in case of PCs, extra equipment, table, and display counter, please contact to rental service providers.
Each exhibitor might need different preparatory works based on its scale and goal. Name a few, beforehand/afterward marketing plan and staff training will be required.
The Organizer shall allocate booths by taking account of the booth participation scale, participation records, the order of registration, exhibits and the locations desired by Exhibitors. 
At this point, it is hard to say exactly; because there is possibility that set-up providers’ works can be put off. Probably you may use electricity between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.,  6th (Thursday)June. Electric power supply will not be possible for safety reason until all works done. So we ask raw-space-booth providers to complete the work as soon as possible.
Without approval from the SIDEX 2024 Secretariat, it is impossible to carry-out any exhibited item. This precautionary measurement is taken to protect the exhibits from possible losses or damages.
Like any other domestic exhibition, noises will be bothersome. Without permission from the SIDEX 2024, you cannot hold any entertainment event. So please ask the SIDEX 2024 for permission, prior to your event plan.
Exhibitors have liability for any stolen/broken items, although the SIDEX 2024 Secretariat will do its best to take appropriate precautions against any losses during the installation, removal and exhibit period.
