If you cancel your booth application, the SIDEX Participation Regulations must be followed on the PDF file (Refer to Article 8, 9)

Cautions when you apply participation

When you submit participation application form, you should pay participation deposit (Booth Fee X 20%) to the designated account.
The Second Payment (Booth Fee X 20%) : By December 30(Tue), 2025 (150 days before the opening day of the exhibition).
alance (Booth Fee X 60%) : By February 28(Sat), 2026 (90 days before the opening day of the exhibition).

Booth will be allocated according to the following Article 2(Selection of Booth Locations) of the "SIDEX 2026 Participation Regulations"
The organizer shall allocate and designate booths according to the booth scale of participation, participation results, the order of registration, exhibits and the location desired by Exhibitors.
